At NDCS I managed the retention team and the focus was increasing net income, reducing attrition.
What I Did
Reviewed all our programs and put in place extensive changes to our data selection on reactivation calling and mailings. Managed the team through an 18-month period and a range of new activities and reduced costs.
The Results
Delivered an additional £2.1million net income over an 18-month period.
